As a contractor, managed a hybrid team of internal and contracted resources through the system integration and user acceptance testing for business-critical new customer integration into Universal Studios Home Entertainment's SAP system and related supply chain business processes.

 

As a contractor, lled an international business and IT team through testing definition and execution to bring live an Accounts Payable automation system that enhanced the company's current SAP system.  The system is now live in three countries.

Led an ad hoc team of employees, consultants, and vendors through the blueprinting, system design, and implementation phases of Jafra's roll-out of a worldwide SAP ERP system.  Successfully brought company's first SAP system live.

 

During planning and implementation of the new system, negotiated new procurement contracts that saved the company $1 million over three years.  Also managed a transformation of new item management process.

Successfully guided prestige cosmetics manufacturer and retailer with $200 million in annual sales and 300 employees through strategic technology roadmap project, ERP evaluation, and ERP selection covering Order Management, Financials, Manufacturing, Forecasting, Warehouse and Distribution, managing mixed team of 20 business users and 7 vendor resources

 

Led subsequent Oracle E-Business Suite system implementation that finished without disruption to the business and within 1% of projected $1.5 million project budget; Project Management role included oversight of 8-person third-party implementation team.

 

Introduced User Testing Matrix into consulting practice that maintains system testing requirements and tracks User Testing to provide a clear picture of software readiness prior to a Go-Live decision
